Freelance / service provision. You set your daily rate depending on experience and project. We deduct an agreed commission from your payment.
AR-compatible Android smartphone (recent models suffice), hi-vis vest, helmet, laser measure, moisture meter, spirit level. The report is filled in the iBuild project platform.
No — you are a technical witness, not a guarantor. Your responsibility is limited to the accuracy of your observations. Professional liability insurance is still recommended.
